Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

Super Group Africa is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to support its fast‑growing online gaming operations. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping to attract, develop, retain and engage a diverse workforce while driving cultural and performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of key business areas and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and propose changes to mitigate risks and support cultural transformation.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to business leaders on people management.
• Partner with the Talent team to attract, select and retain top talent, and to implement succession‑planning and development initiatives.
• Handle employee‑relations matters, resolve disciplinary issues and coordinate policy‑related inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management and employee relations.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive cultural change.
