About the role
Le Uniq Imprint is looking for two dynamic Human Capital Administrators to join its HR division. You will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management within the investment sector.
Key responsibilities
- Review applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate background checks, screenings, and reference verification.
- Capture and update employee information in the Human Capital system.
- Prepare interview packs and manage interview logistics.
- Oversee the full onboarding process, from interview scheduling to offer communication.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Required profile
- Diploma in Human Resources, Training & Development or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of HR administration experience, preferably within the asset management or investment industry.
- Experience in data/information management.
- Basic knowledge of BCEA, OHSA, Skills Development Act, Labour Relations Act and Employment Equity Act.
