HR Talent Scout – Recruitment & HR Operations Lead

About the role

Codekeeper is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented HR professional to lead recruitment and support HR operations. You will play a pivotal role in refining hiring processes, enhancing candidate experience, and fostering strong employee relationships within a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruiting: source, post, and optimise job openings across multiple platforms.
• Design and manage application and screening workflows in line with company policies.
• Expand recruitment reach and improve candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and conduct initial screening calls.
• Present job offers, detailing terms, remuneration, and benefits.
• Explore new platforms, tools, and strategies to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Document procedures and workflows in the HR Recruitment folder.
• Develop, structure, and document HR procedures aligned with company policies.
• Manage onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Organise three online team gatherings and one offline event per year to strengthen company culture.
