HR & Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Consultant to support our client in Lanseria for an initial 4‑6 month period, after which the role may transition to a permanent consultancy position based in Edenvale. The successful candidate will work closely with our internal HR team to design and execute talent acquisition and employee‑relations strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication and recruitment processes.
• Assist with onboarding, employee exits and training programmes.
• Provide HR consultancy services to both personnel and management.
• Offer industrial‑relations advice and draft disciplinary documentation.
• Manage performance‑management processes and advise managers.

Required profile

• Certificate, diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience as an HR Manager, HR Consultant or Personnel Officer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational skills.
