HR & Operations Officer

About the role

Our client, a global technology organisation, is seeking a driven HR & Operations Officer to support people operations, improve internal processes, and provide visibility into workforce performance. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR systems.
• Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and internal changes.
• Track working hours, attendance, leave requests, and vacation balances.
• Respond to HR‑related queries and ensure consistent application of policies.
• Assist with KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and reporting to leadership.
• Identify trends, recommend improvements, and support performance review cycles.
• Develop and refine internal processes, documentation, and operational resources.
• Provide tools, information, and coordination support for remote teams across multiple time zones.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Operations Coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting remote or international teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working across different locations.
