HR Manager – Luxury Fashion Group

About the role

We are a well‑established luxury fashion group looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people function in Sandton. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle and will act as a strategic partner to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and succession planning.
• Advise and support management on labour relations, disciplinary matters and HR best practices.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive employee development initiatives.
• Oversee payroll inputs, leave administration and maintain accurate HR records.
• Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and internal policies.
• Lead employee engagement, wellness and retention programmes.
• Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling and talent management.
• Prepare HR reports and support BBBEE, Employment Equity and Health & Safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant HR qualification (Diploma or Degree).
• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or HR Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation.
• Proven experience handling disciplinary processes and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
