HR Manager – Global Compliance & Recruitment

About the role

Beige, an AI‑powered media technology platform, is seeking a high‑energy HR Manager to build robust HR infrastructure and support rapid global scaling. This is a fast‑paced, ownership‑driven position focused on compliance, recruitment, payroll, and contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and approve US employment contracts, amendments, NDAs, and independent contractor agreements in line with federal and state labor laws.
• Oversee recruitment intake, authorize job postings, conduct final interview rounds, and make hiring decisions in partnership with department leads while tracking pipeline KPIs.
• Review and authorize monthly global and domestic payroll, performance bonuses, and overtime requests using platforms such as Deel and internal payment spreadsheets.
• Lead internal audits of employee files, promotion records, and compliance documentation to ensure accurate storage and formatting.
• Resolve escalations or disputes related to payroll, contracts, or compliance swiftly and effectively.
