HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist with a strong focus on talent acquisition. You will be the central liaison between hiring managers, external agencies and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all vacancies, from job posting to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and PNet.
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct initial screenings and facilitate candidate communication.
• Perform reference and background checks and assist with offer preparation.
• Act as primary contact for external recruitment agencies, track submissions, fees and performance.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date recruitment database, tracking vacancies, applications, interviews and placements.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and external agencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn recruiting tools.
• Familiarity with PNet or similar job boards.
