About the role

Join Discovery Bank at the forefront of digital banking as an HR Generalist. You will partner with operational leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent that delivers seamless, world‑class client experiences.

Key responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Design and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with market dynamics.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Deliver HR strategy across recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, wellness and career development.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, driving engagement and retention.
Lead high‑impact HR projects, organisational development and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

Adaptable problem‑solver who questions the status quo.
Passionate about doing what is right and providing a quality service experience.
Strong partnership skills with operational and tech‑enabled teams.
Ability to influence talent decisions in a fast‑scaling environment.
