HR Coordinator – Remote (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous HR Coordinator to support our executive team remotely while working US East Coast hours. The role focuses on payroll processing, HR administration, and compliance tasks, ensuring all employee data is accurate and confidential.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll accurately and on schedule using payroll systems and reporting tools.
• Maintain employee records, handle onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance with state filings and unemployment requests.
• Update employee information across HR systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
• Prepare HR reports, track employee data, and assist leadership with workforce‑related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate HR documentation using Excel, Google Workspace, and other company software platforms.
• Provide administrative support to the executive team on various HR initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR administration or coordination.
• Strong payroll processing background.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with a professional accent.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and capable of handling confidential information.
