HR Consultant

About the role

The HR Consultant provides transactional and administrative support to the Functional and Strategic HR Managers within the Central Services Unit. The role ensures smooth onboarding, performance development, learning compliance, payroll processing and off‑boarding across the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute engaging onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends and compile reports to inform business decisions.
• Manage off‑boarding processes to ensure a positive departure experience.
• Operate and troubleshoot the performance development system, launch goals for new joiners and monitor compliance with reviews.
• Support mandatory training compliance, generate L&D reports and track completion rates.
• Coordinate mobility actions, including secondee termination or extension in Oracle.
• Promote employee recognition, submit monthly payroll inputs and resolve payroll queries.
• Act as custodian for HR and L&D policies, monitor risk‑training compliance and drive quality service.
• Publish birthday announcements, send welcome emails and provide monthly movement statistics.

Required profile

• Ability to assist Functional and Strategic HR Managers with transactional tasks.
• Experience in HR transactional administration and performance development system operations.
• Knowledge of mandatory training and compliance monitoring.
