HR & Compliance Coordinator (Tech‑Savvy, AI‑Driven)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR & Compliance Coordinator who will manage compliance, contract renewals, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, comfortable navigating multiple HR systems, and uses AI tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain PDP and license expiry records; run LexisNexis checks; update driver lists and upload to Match for LD verification.
• Track contract end dates, send renewal documents, approve renewals on DataLink, conduct BizPortal checks, upload documents to Match, and keep accurate records on AX.
• Draft and send offer letters, manage NDAs and restraint agreements, coordinate induction, IT setup, and policy distribution, ensuring onboarding is completed within five days.
• Administer Discovery Health, Provident Fund, and Momentum Health4Me enrolments; notify employees of benefit card arrivals; process banking updates and UIF claims.
• Monitor probation milestones, send reminders, collect feedback, handle employee queries, confirmations of employment, and background checks.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to automate compliance reminders, enhance document verification, draft communication templates, and use AI analytics to identify risks and improve HR processes.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and compliance management abilities.
• Tech‑savvy with hands‑on experience in HR systems such as Match, AX, and DataLink.
• Active learner applying AI tools in daily tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
