HR Business Partner – Recruitment, Team Building & Commission Design

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our business units across recruitment, team‑building initiatives and commission scheme design. The role blends strategic insight with hands‑on execution, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment & talent acquisition: partner with hiring managers, define hiring needs, source candidates, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, design offer packages and support pre‑onboarding.
• Team‑building & culture: plan and execute regular team‑building events, tailor activities to business goals, manage logistics and budgets, and collect post‑event feedback for continuous improvement.
• Commission scheme support: assist in designing and revising incentive plans, act as liaison between HR, finance and sales, and clarify commission policies and payout timelines to employees.
• HRBP partnering: build trusted relationships with leaders, provide workforce planning insights, contribute to performance management, onboarding and retention strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of at least two HR modules such as talent acquisition, performance management or incentives.
• Systematic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
