HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will provide generalist Human Capital support across the value chain, ensuring the business meets its strategic objectives through effective people management. You will partner with business leaders to design and implement people plans that address organisational challenges and drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business units to understand needs and develop integrated tactical and operational people plans.
• Collaborate with Human Capital, Group, and Enablement teams to optimise organisational design, effectiveness, employee engagement and retention.
• Drive implementation and adoption of Human Capital practices, facilitating education sessions for employees and line managers.
• Measure employee satisfaction, lead action planning to improve engagement and workplace culture.
• Partner with Learning & Development to identify and deliver training initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Support leadership development programmes in partnership with OD and L&D.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of human capital partnering or related advisory experience.
• Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or related field (essential).
• Honours degree in a relevant field (desirable).
• Registered Psychometrist with HPCSA (desirable).
