Hotel Sales Executive

About the role

Premier Hotels & Resorts is looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Hotel Sales Executive to represent Premier Resort Knysna The Moorings and Premier Splendid Inn George. The role will generate revenue across the Garden Route corridor, covering corporate, conference, leisure group and travel trade markets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted room‑night and conference targets for both properties.
• Manage a Top‑60 Target Account programme (30 accounts per property).
• Secure new business across multiple market segments.
• Conduct at least 15 client engagements each week.
• Convert enquiries in collaboration with Banqueting teams and General Managers.
• Maintain full Salesforce compliance and provide accurate forecasting.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hotel sales experience.
• Commercially minded and target‑driven.
• Understanding of conferencing and transient segments.
• Organised, proactive and relationship‑focused.
• Comfortable working across multiple properties.
• Embraces CRM discipline, preferably Salesforce.
