Hotel Porter – Guest Service Specialist

About the role

The Porter role at Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for luggage, transportation and guest assistance, you will help create memorable moments for our visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Front Office team by handling guest luggage, deliveries and transportation requests efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve issues to maximise satisfaction.
• Carry out assigned duties in a timely, professional manner, adhering to departmental plans and hotel targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors to control costs, manage inventory and maintain productivity.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues while promoting company values.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal audit requirements.
