Hospitality Recruiter (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

The Hospitality Recruiter will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of positions across the travel, leisure, tourism and luxury hospitality sectors. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies tailored to high‑end hospitality roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events and industry contacts.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess suitability for each position.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions and contract preparation in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and compliance with employment legislation.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline and advise managers on market trends and salary benchmarks.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably within hospitality, travel, leisure or tourism.
• Demonstrated success managing full recruitment cycles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong understanding of luxury lodge operations and the various departments from guiding to kitchen to management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and pay close attention to detail.
