Home Loans Sales Consultant – Multiple Locations

About the role

The Home Loans Sales Consultant will generate new mortgage business, prospect for clients and guide them through the entire home loan process from first contact to successful closing. The role is offered across several South African locations, with a focus on delivering results in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and generate new home loan business through referrals, networking and direct marketing.
• Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, bond originators and clients.
• Conduct needs analysis and affordability assessments to recommend suitable finance solutions.
• Manage clients through the full home loan application process, handling queries and follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for each application.
• Develop referral networks to generate repeat business and consistently exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (essential).
• Residence in the specific area of application (essential).
• Minimum 2 years proven sales conversion experience.
• Experience in proactive prospecting, lead generation and working under pressure.
• Strong administration and computer skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
