Higher Education Consultant – Bloemfontein

About the role

The Higher Education Consultant will turn prospective student enquiries into enrolments by providing expert educational advice and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Based at Eduvos’ Bloemfontein campus, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with sales leads, assess their educational needs and guide them to suitable programmes.
• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations, campus tours and information sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with academic and admissions teams to ensure smooth enrolment processes.
• Travel locally to outreach events and prospective student meetings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
