Healthcare Recruiter (Remote, US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Cycle Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team on a remote basis. The role operates on US business hours (9 am‑5 pm EST) and focuses on sourcing, assessing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source qualified healthcare candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Review applications, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Monitor post‑placement success and contribute to improving candidate retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
