Healthcare Recruiter – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced full‑cycle Healthcare Recruiter to join our remote team. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring for healthcare professionals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified healthcare candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Screen applications, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain talent pipelines and develop creative sourcing strategies.
• Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Monitor post‑placement performance and contribute to retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.
