Head of People – Remote HR Leader

About the role

The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is seeking a strategic, tech‑forward Head of People to own the full employee lifecycle and drive HR innovation across a remote, multinational team. Reporting directly to firm leadership, you will shape people strategy, build scalable systems, and lead a small HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the firm’s HR function, supervising a small HR team.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and long‑term people strategy.
• Establish HR KPIs, develop dashboards, and use workforce data for decision‑making.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, compensation reviews, employee relations, and off‑boarding.
• Build and optimize scalable HR systems, tools, and automated workflows.
• Evaluate emerging HR technologies and AI tools to enhance productivity and employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions in fast‑paced, remote environments.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.

Required skills

• Experience with HR technology platforms and automation.
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new software tools.
• Data analysis and KPI reporting.
