Head of IT Operations & Shared Services

About the role

Belay Talent Solutions is seeking a senior IT leader to oversee Group IT Operations and Shared Services across multiple business units and regions. Reporting to the Group CIO, the role will drive performance, governance, stability and continuous improvement of the organisation's technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations and Shared Services, covering enterprise applications, ERP, infrastructure, cloud and service delivery.
• Drive optimisation, adoption and value realisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications.
• Own preparation, management and reporting of the Group IT budget.
• Ensure service excellence, operational stability, governance and continuous improvement.
• Manage strategic technology vendors, contracts, licensing and outsourced services.
• Oversee IT risk, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• ITIL certification or equivalent IT Service Management experience.
• Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in senior management of IT Operations, Shared Services, ERP or Infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading multi‑disciplinary technology teams and managing large budgets.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
