Head of Cyber Security

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Cyber Security to define and drive our cyber security strategy, go‑to‑market initiatives and delivery of solutions for enterprise customers. This senior leadership position combines deep technical expertise with commercial acumen, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the organisation’s long‑term cyber security vision and portfolio.
• Develop and launch go‑to‑market strategies, product positioning, pricing and sales enablement material.
• Lead pre‑sales engagements, executive presentations, workshops and solution design sessions.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and collaborate with account executives to close complex deals.
• Drive cyber security transformation projects, automation and AI‑driven security operations for enterprise clients.
• Build, mentor and manage high‑performing cyber security teams, establishing KPIs and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in cyber security or related fields.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to create business cases and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills for executive‑level client and stakeholder interaction.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale security solutions and managing cross‑functional teams.
