About the role
We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Handyman / Maintenance Assistant to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will help keep our property in excellent condition, ensuring safety and a high‑standard presentation for guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the maintenance team with routine inspections and minor repairs across the property.
- Support the upkeep of common areas, guest rooms, and back‑of‑house facilities.
- Help identify and report safety issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Participate in cleaning, painting, and basic carpentry tasks as required.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Required profile
- Demonstrated reliability and a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of presentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to address urgent maintenance needs.
