Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their stay, from check‑in to check‑out.
• Provide personalized assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the Opera Property Management System.
• Uphold the brand promise of “Every Moment Matters” with a proactive, service‑focused attitude.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Ability to stay calm, patient, and empathetic in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in guest‑facing roles is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Opera Property Management System (advantageous).
