Growth Marketing Manager (B2C)

About the role

Our client, a regulated fintech and consumer‑lending company operating in Australia, the UK, the US and South Africa, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (B2C) based in Cape Town. The role will own the end‑to‑end lead funnel – from acquisition through conversion – and will be responsible for driving daily loan applications and funded customers while keeping acquisition costs low.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Manage relationships with affiliates, third‑party lead generators and other partners.
• Set, monitor and optimise budgets for CPL, CPA and overall conversion performance.
• Run and optimise PPC campaigns on Google and Meta, including tracking and reporting.
• Monitor full‑funnel metrics (click → application → approval → funding) and report on CPL, CPA, conversion and retention.
• Test and improve landing pages, application flows and website journeys for compliance and conversion.
• Expand channels such as SMS and WhatsApp and improve upsell performance for insurance and add‑on products.
• Collaborate with banks, credit bureaus, data providers and payment partners to enhance ecosystem performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, growth or marketing‑operations roles, preferably in the South African market.
• Proven track record in lead generation, PPC and affiliate management.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting and performance metrics such as CPL and CPA.
• Experience in a regulated financial‑services environment is a plus.
• Willingness to support the setup of the Cape Town office and assist with staff transitions.
