Group Training Facilitator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Group Training Facilitator to join the Training and Development team at Bosch Rexroth SA – Shared Services. In this role you will design, coordinate and deliver high‑quality hydraulic and pneumatic training programmes for internal employees and external customers, helping to build technical capability across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule training sessions covering hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals and e‑learning content.
• Facilitate classroom and hands‑on workshops for employees and customers.
• Assess learning outcomes and continuously improve programme effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure technical accuracy.

Required profile

• Passionate about talent development and technical education.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience delivering technical training in an industrial environment.
