Group Revenue Manager

About the role

Premier Hotels & Resorts is looking for a commercially‑savvy Group Revenue Manager to steer revenue optimisation across its national portfolio of hotels. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving RevPAR growth, ensuring forecast accuracy and embedding pricing discipline across all properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑property yield management strategies.
• Lead and optimise the Central Reservations Office (CRO) to improve conversion ratios and quoting turnaround.
• Oversee OTA, GDS and other distribution channels, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Produce accurate forecasting, performance reporting and revenue analysis.
• Embed pricing governance and commercial discipline group‑wide.
• Train, mentor and develop Revenue Managers, analysts and reservations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of multi‑property revenue management experience in the South African hospitality market.
• Proven track record of CRO oversight and distribution channel management.
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Commercial leadership mindset with high attention to detail.
