Group Reporting Manager – Corporate Accounting (CA/SA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting Manager to lead the financial reporting function of a well‑established JSE‑listed organisation. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver accurate, compliant and insightful financial information that underpins strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual and interim financial statements in line with IFRS and JSE listing requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end Group reporting process, including consolidated packs, board commentary and integrated/sustainability reports.
• Perform group consolidations, foreign‑currency translations and support complex capital transactions.
• Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., IFRS S1 & S2) and implement necessary changes.
• Liaise with external service providers to ensure high‑quality published reports.

Required profile

• Significant experience in group financial reporting and technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, JSE listing requirements and sustainability reporting standards.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver clear financial insights.
