Group Finance Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing flower farming group as the Group Finance Manager and become the financial backbone of an ambitious growth and marketing strategy. Based on a farm between Machadodorp and Badplaas in Mpumalanga, you will work closely with farm managers and senior leadership to turn farm‑level activity into accurate, timely financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise directly with farm managers across multiple sites.
• Build and lead a strong, capable finance team.
• Design and maintain sound financial systems and controls that support the group’s strategy.
• Own budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
• Deliver monthly financial and production reporting.
• Provide strategic financial insight to ownership and management.

Required profile

• CA(SA) qualification with 3‑5 years post‑articles experience.
• Strong experience with ERP systems.
• Detail‑oriented with sharp problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
