Group Finance Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading industrial group in Pretoria to find a Group Finance Manager who will drive the company’s financial reporting, consolidation and governance across the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for month‑end processes, overseeing tax compliance in multiple jurisdictions and acting as the primary liaison with external auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review group financial statements and monthly reporting packages.
• Lead the consolidation of financial results for all entities within the group.
• Ensure robust financial control, governance and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Oversee tax compliance across all jurisdictions in which the group operates.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors during audit engagements.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (South Africa) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience, preferably in a group finance environment.
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and consolidations.
• Ability to work on‑site five days a week in Pretoria.
