Graphic Designer – Promotional Products

About the role

We are a provider of promotional products, branded merchandise, recognition items, and company store solutions. Our clients range from businesses and schools to large corporate programs, and we help them tell their story through creative, reliable, and well‑executed branded items. We are looking for a detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to support our sales and customer service teams by preparing artwork, creating realistic product mock‑ups, and ensuring files are production‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Create mock‑ups for apparel, promotional items, awards, packaging, signage, and online‑store products.
• Prepare customer logos and artwork for production – vectorizing, resizing, cleaning up, and adjusting files as needed.
• Develop creative concepts for client presentations, sales proposals, event merchandise, and branded campaigns.
• Review artwork for accuracy, including logo placement, imprint size, colors, spelling, product specifications, and supplier requirements.
• Produce print‑ready and production‑ready files for embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, digital printing, engraving, pad printing, and other decoration methods.
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives and customer service reps to understand client needs and deliver timely design support.
• Maintain organized art files following internal naming, storage, and workflow procedures.

Required profile

• Strong eye for layout, typography, color, spacing, and brand consistency.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding spelling, dimensions, logo placement, and production requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly when artwork is incomplete, low‑resolution, or needs client approval.
