Graphic Designer – Marketing

About the role

Geely South Africa is seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team. You will be the in‑house creative force behind the brand, producing visual assets for digital, print, dealership and corporate channels while maintaining global brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from concept to final production.
• Create artwork for digital, print, outdoor advertising, brochures, catalogues, POS material and showroom branding.
• Develop content for social media, websites, email campaigns and digital ads.
• Produce assets for vehicle launches, promotions, events and internal communications.
• Manage and update the Geely South Africa website, including vehicle information, banners and landing pages.
• Support website optimisation through SEO best practices and UX improvements.
• Produce basic motion graphics and edit video content for digital platforms.
• Maintain the brand asset library and ensure consistency across all communications.
• Assist the dealer network with compliant marketing materials and liaise with printers, suppliers, web developers and agencies.
• Prepare monthly reports on creative output and website updates.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a corporate or agency design environment.
• Experience managing websites and digital content; automotive experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat Pro, Lightroom).
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS, basic HTML/CSS, SEO principles, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, responsive web design.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Canva Pro, CapCut.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
