Midlevel Multimedia Designer – Digital & Print

About the role

Super Group, the NYSE‑listed parent of Betway and Jackpot City, is seeking a Midlevel Multimedia Designer to join its creative team in Melrose, Johannesburg. The role will involve creating compelling visual solutions for both digital and print channels that reach millions of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑impact digital and print assets, from concept through final rollout, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork with a solid understanding of print processes, substrates and file management.
• Develop creative concepts and big‑idea campaigns that resonate with diverse regional audiences.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, stakeholders and leadership, embracing feedback and contributing to a positive studio culture.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools and best practices, and share knowledge across the team.

Required profile

• 3‑year Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Design Communication or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a design or multimedia role, preferably within a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong time‑management, organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
