About the role

We are looking for a precise, reliable Graphic Designer who lives in Figma to support a fast‑paced real‑estate marketing agency. You will create branding, social media graphics, print collateral and digital assets that help property developers and agents stand out in a luxury market.

Key responsibilities

• Produce branding assets, social media graphics, print materials and floor‑plan illustrations.
• Adapt and build marketing collateral in Figma following established brand guidelines.
• Handle light web‑design and presentation work for client launches.
• Implement revisions quickly and accurately, minimizing back‑and‑forth.
• Maintain organized file structures and component libraries within Figma.
• Communicate daily with leadership to track progress and meet strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Expert proficiency in Figma, from layout design to component management.
• Professional graphic‑design experience with a portfolio of clean, on‑brand work, preferably in an agency or marketing setting.
• Consistent, low‑drama execution – always hitting deadlines and delivering polished results.
• Excellent English communication to understand complex briefs and explain design choices.
