Graphic Designer – Email & Web Design (HTML/CSS)

About the role

Kawaii Partners is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to create eye‑catching email banners and digital assets while supporting HTML/CSS email development. You will work in a fast‑paced iGaming environment, collaborating with marketing and design teams to deliver consistent brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually appealing email banners and other design elements aligned with brand identity.
• Develop creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website content.
• Assist in building responsive HTML/CSS layouts for email campaigns.
• Populate email templates with content, images, and links, ensuring accuracy.
• Optimize email designs for various clients to guarantee a smooth user experience.
• Manage email content within Customer.io and maintain data integrity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (ongoing or completed).
• Strong interest in applying HTML/CSS skills to real‑world projects.
• High attention to detail and excellent written English communication.
• Ability to take feedback, work collaboratively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
