About the role
The Graduate Recruiter will support PwC's talent acquisition strategy by managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for graduate programmes across Assurance and Consulting in Johannesburg. This role involves building relationships with universities, screening candidates, coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for early‑career talent.
Key responsibilities
- Screen, select and qualify graduate candidates to create shortlists.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
- Negotiate salary packages and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
- Manage high‑volume graduate recruitment cycles and student engagement initiatives.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business units and academic institutions.
Required profile
- Relevant bachelor's degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in graduate recruitment or early‑talent roles.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated experience handling high volumes of graduate recruitment.
- Based in Johannesburg.
