About the role

Valterra Platinum is offering a two‑position Graduate Programme in Safety, Health and Environment. The role rotates across mining operations in the Limpopo and North West provinces, giving you real responsibility on high‑impact projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support safety, health and environmental initiatives across multiple mining sites.
• Analyse system data to improve digital security, automate routine processes and generate intelligent insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Apply cybersecurity, automation and AI concepts to real‑world mining challenges.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BSc/BA) in Safety, Health, Environment, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to rotate between sites.
• Passion for the mining sector and commitment to zero‑harm principles.
