Graduate Marketing Internship – Sales & Customer Management

About the role

This graduate internship offers a hands‑on introduction to marketing, sales and customer relationship management within the healthcare and medical device sector. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience in field visits, product promotion and market analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities.
• Conduct scheduled field visits to promote and support the company’s product portfolio.
• Develop a thorough understanding of technical product features and medical device applications.
• Assist customers with queries and provide high‑quality service.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts.
• Prepare reports on visits, sales activities and market feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and administrative documentation.
• Collaborate with internal sales and support teams to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• BCom, BBA or Diploma in Marketing completed within the past three years.
• South African citizenship.
• Valid Code B driver’s licence (preferred for regional travel).
• Strong academic record and a passion for sales, marketing and customer relationship management.
