About the role
This three‑year mentorship programme is designed to launch the career of a recent graduate in the financial services sector. You will work under experienced mentors to develop a client base and learn how to market risk and investment products.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and build a client portfolio among students and young professionals.
- Host financial workshops and educate clients on sound financial principles.
- Arrange appointments to discuss product ranges and benefits.
- Sell appropriate risk and investment products while adhering to regulatory compliance.
- Continuously update qualifications and industry knowledge.
Required profile
- Relevant bachelor's degree (CFP/CFA advantageous).
- South African driver’s licence and own transport.
- Strong written and oral communication, customer‑focused and results‑driven.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
