Graduate Finance Operations Analyst

About the role

MTN is seeking a motivated Graduate Finance Operations Analyst to support the finance team in handling supplier and employee queries related to invoicing, payments, and expense management. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to develop operational expertise within a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalations from suppliers and employees to ensure timely resolution.
• Track unapproved invoices across Business Units and monitor invoices due for payment according to payment run cycles.
• Prepare and coordinate payment readiness activities to guarantee on‑time payments.
• Handle employee expense queries and provide accurate resolutions.
• Generate reports and analytics on invoice and payment performance.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience gained through a graduate or internship programme.
• Minimum 65% final academic average (Degree, Honours or Masters).
• Legal right to work in South Africa.
