Governance, Risk & Compliance Graduate Programme – Quality Management

About the role

ATNS Company Limited is offering a 24‑month Graduate Training Programme in Governance, Risk and Compliance within the Quality Management section. The role is based at the head office in Bruma and provides recent graduates with hands‑on experience in a regulated finance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the governance, risk and compliance team in daily operational tasks.
• Assist with quality‑management activities, including process documentation and audits.
• Prepare and analyse reports related to compliance and risk metrics.
• Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
• Participate in mentorship and coaching sessions throughout the programme.

Required profile

• South African citizenship.
• Degree in Business Management or an advanced diploma/qualification in Total Quality Management (advantageous).
• No more than one year of full‑time work experience in the field of study since graduation.
• Computer literacy.
