Global Discovery Specialist (Remote)

About the role

A high-growth sales organization is looking for a Global Discovery Specialist (GDS) to act as the front end of its revenue engine. The GDS works with warm, highly interested prospects to build clarity and commitment, guiding them through the initial stages of the funnel so that every Enrollment Meeting scheduled is with a homeowner who is clear on their goals and ready to proceed. The role is remote, based in South Africa or LATAM, with a Monday to Friday schedule aligned to US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-energy discovery calls with warm inbound leads, webinar attendees and opted-in nurture opportunities, working only with prospects who have actively engaged.
• Go beyond surface-level financial numbers to identify each prospect's core "why", their personal urgency and their financial viability.
• Build instant rapport and professional authority, positioning the prospect for a smooth move to the next phase.
• Guide qualified prospects through the discovery framework to schedule Enrollment Meetings with Enrollment Specialists (closers).
• Manage follow-up cadences for warm leads and handle the steady stream of inbound leads generated by marketing (about 25-30 per week on average).
• Maintain a baseline of 31 completed Enrollment Meetings per month; top performers aim for 41+ and earn priority access to hot leads and direct referrals.

Required profile

• 2-4+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR or Discovery/Intake role, ideally in high-ticket B2C, real estate, coaching or financial services.
• World-class verbal and written English, with a warm, empathetic and authoritative phone manner.
• A professional remote setup: high-definition webcam, ring light and a distraction-free background.
• Naturally high energy and emotional intelligence, with a goal-oriented mindset and integrity in helping homeowners find real relief and financial solutions.
