About the role
Health Aid Trust is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join its team in Durban South as General Workers. This is a permanent, full‑time position that supports daily operational activities in a manual, hands‑on environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with loading and off‑loading materials safely.
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a tidy environment.
- Support daily operational tasks and assist supervisors as needed.
- Handle materials and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Contribute to a clean and safe workplace.
Required profile
- Age between 18 and 47 years.
- Grade 10 or Grade 12 qualification (advantageous).
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Previous general work or labour experience is advantageous.
