About the role

Remote Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented General Recruiter to join our growing team. In this fully remote, full‑time position you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of client industries, ensuring the best talent is matched with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
• Utilise multiple sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates for diverse roles.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a smooth process within the recruitment database.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve recruitment practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment software and tools.
