About the role
The facility is seeking a qualified General Nursing Sister to join the nursing team and provide high‑quality care to elderly residents. Reporting to the Nursing Manager, the role involves day‑to‑day clinical duties and adherence to internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Badisa and internal policies, procedures, and professional quality standards.
- Supervise, coordinate, delegate and follow‑up on clinical and caring tasks.
- Maintain day‑to‑day clinical and care duties for residents.
Required profile
- Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) and a qualification in General Nursing.
- Full bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work well within a team.
