General Manager – Fitness Club (Relocation to Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a fast‑growing fitness club in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will relocate from South Africa with full relocation support and will be responsible for driving sales, operational excellence and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing, sales‑focused team.
• Drive new member acquisition, retention and overall revenue growth.
• Implement structured sales systems and accountability frameworks.
• Manage KPIs, budgets and performance reporting.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and adherence to brand standards.
• Foster a positive, motivated and results‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a sales‑driven environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Confidence in coaching, motivating and developing people.
• Passion for fitness, health or lifestyle brands.
• Willingness to relocate internationally and adapt to a new culture.
• Fitness industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory; leadership and sales capability are essential.
