About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead on‑site construction activities in the Western Cape. The role involves supervising daily operations, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet quality, timeline and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily on‑site operations.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to required standards.
- Enforce health and safety regulations.
- Report progress to project management.
Required profile
- 15+ years proven experience as a General Foreman or Senior Foreman.
- Minimum NQF4/5 qualification; NQF6 advantageous.
- Red Seal Certificate and MBA are advantageous.
- Must reside in the Western Cape.
- Solid experience in both commercial and residential construction, including structural, wet trades and finishing.
- Strong leadership and site supervision abilities, with capability to manage teams, timelines and quality standards.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
