About the role
The General Assistant will support the daily operations of a residential care environment, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and comfortable setting for residents. This role involves a blend of light housekeeping, meal assistance, and general support to both staff and residents.
Key responsibilities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning communal areas and resident rooms.
- Assist with laundry duties to maintain residents' clothing and linens.
- Help set up, serve, and clear away meals for residents.
- Provide general support to care staff and residents as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment throughout the home.
- Engage warmly and respectfully with residents, helping them feel valued and supported.
Required profile

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
